1. Roast The Seeds
Who doesn't love baked pumpkin seeds? Cut the pumpkin in half and separate the seeds from the membrane. Rinse the seeds and allow them to dry on a paper towel. Spray a baking sheet with oil, spread out seeds evenly, sprinkle with salt and bake for 10-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Store seeds in an airtight container.
